Designed by Formwork Design of Charlottesville. A classic Charlottesville four over four needed more storage, office space, and a more formal access to its shade filled back yard and gardens. A very productive collaborative effort between Formwork and Alloy resulted in the unique site built open riser stair with copper cable and steel guardrail. The large corner windows and bluestone patio blur the line between outside and in providing an open and airy feel in a small space.
