To commemorate an amazing first season of Charlottesville Lady Arm Wrestlers [CLAW], Alloy teamed up with Billy Hunt Photography to design a book around the photographs Billy took over the course of the season. In conjunction with the book, Alloy also designed a series of trading cards featuring 36 of the ladies of CLAW. The book and the trading cards were officially released at the CLAW exhibit opening at The Bridge on November 7th [and sold out almost immediately]  Now, the book has gone on to win an honorable mention at this year’s Photography Book Now international photobook competition. Out of 2400 entries, our book was selected as one of the best by jurors including representatives from Rolling Stone, The New Yorker, The New York Times Magazine, Blindspot Magazine, and Platon.
